Job summary

Donnelley Financial Solutions (DFIN) is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Venue Engineering team. You will contribute to a cloud-native SaaS platform on Microsoft Azure, focusing on scalable architectures, AI-enabled practices, and end-to-end ownership of services.

Responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade software, leading architectural decisions, and ensuring security, performance, and reliability across services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, and SQL Server/Azure SQL.
• Experience building cloud-native apps on Microsoft Azure and RESTful APIs.
• Proven ability in distributed systems, scalability, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise-grade software solutions.
• Lead design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Develop cloud-native services and APIs with modern UI and integrations.
• Create reusable frameworks and engineering accelerators.
• Design for security, performance, and reliability; ensure maintainability.
• Own systems, participate in incident response, and drive observability.
