Keebo, Inc. is hiring for an experienced software engineer to join our AI-first team. You will design scalable systems that process large volumes of customer warehouse data and mentor engineers in using AI coding tools effectively.

This fully remote role requires strong architectural judgment and the ability to adapt as tools evolve. Core hours align with US Eastern Time. We value experience with cloud platforms, containers, and automated deploy pipelines, and welcome candidates who can write

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including time at an early-stage startup.
• Deep experience with AI coding agents and scaling their use across a team.
• Judgment to catch problematic AI output, especially with customer data.
• Track record of scaling systems as load, data, and customers grow.
• Strong architectural skills with demonstrable examples.
• Good sense for when to ship simple vs. reliable solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containers, and automated deploy pipelines.
• Clear, written communication; collaborative teammate.

Responsibilities

• Design reliable systems that process large volumes of customer warehouse data.
• Use AI coding tools effectively by writing clear specs and context.
• Build shared AI workflows, guardrails, and review standards.
• Evaluate new tools and models and share worthy ones with the team.
• Write architecture docs explaining tradeoffs and decisions.
• Understand customer needs and decide what’s worth building.
• Mentor engineers and work effectively with AI coding tools.
