Job summary

Quantiphi in the United States is seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, build, and deploy robust distributed applications powering our AI-driven solutions. You will use Python (FastAPI) for backend services, ReactJS for front-end interfaces, and PostgreSQL for data management, with deployments mainly on GCP and some AWS exposure.

Collaborating with data scientists, you will implement tests with Pytest and Vitest, contribute to cloud-native architectures, and drive quality through CI/CD

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on backend or full-stack development experience.
• Strong Python expertise with APIs using FastAPI.
• Proficiency with ReactJS for modern front-end interfaces.
• Deep PostgreSQL knowledge including design and queries.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (Pytest).

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of scalable backend services with Python/FastAPI.
• Build responsive front-end interfaces using ReactJS.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries.
• Implement tests with Pytest and Vitest, emphasize TDD principles.
• Participate in architectural discussions and cloud-native decisions.
• Deploy and monitor apps on GCP with AWS exposure.
• Collaborate with data scientists to integrate ML/analytics.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
