Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• At least four years of AI software development experience.
• Proven track record delivering production-ready software.
• Strong Java development skills.
• Experience designing distributed systems and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain production-ready software using Java.
• Build and enhance distributed systems across storage, caching, and application layers.
• Develop and integrate microservices for high-throughput systems.
• Apply cloud engineering principles, asynchronous processing, and service integration patterns.
• Contribute to system architecture, modernization, and transformation initiatives.
• Apply design patterns, reliability engineering, scalability, and performance best practices.
• Use AI and automation tools to improve engineering productivity and delivery outcomes.
• Take ownership of technical challenges from analysis through implementation and documentation.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Mentor peers and junior developers while advocating sound engineering practices.
