Qualifications

• Six+ years of software engineering experience focusing on infrastructure, platform engineering or developer tooling.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor).
• Strong AWS experience and practical knowledge of Terraform or AWS CDK; ability to contribute to TS/Node.js services.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the infrastructure, development environments, and CI/CD pipelines for AI-driven development.
• Integrate and orchestrate coding agents, configure triggers, and connect workflows to Slack, Jira, GitHub, Datadog, and incident platforms.
• Establish security and governance guardrails to protect data and secrets while enabling human review in a regulated environment.

• Enable autonomous agents to handle much of the software delivery lifecycle, from tickets and bug reports to production alerts.
• Improve pull request cycle time, reduce review delays, and increase the share of work completed with agent assistance.

What You'll Do:

• Design and build the infrastructure, development environments, and CI/CD pipelines that support AI-driven development.
• Integrate and orchestrate coding agents, configure triggers, and connect workflows to Slack, Jira, GitHub, Datadog, and incident management platforms.

Your Background:

• At least six years of software engineering experience with infrastructure, platform engineering, or developer tooling.
