Burlington Stores is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Data Visualization team in New Jersey. You will design, develop, and maintain AI-powered solutions, serve as a technical leader, and promote best practices across the team.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in application development.
- 3-5 years of experience with AI tools.
- Hands-on experience building and implementing AI agents or similar AI powered solutions.
- Hands-on experience with BI platforms: Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau (Power BI preferred).
- Experience developing applications in Azure/cloud environments as well as on-premise environments.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages and frameworks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business & IT teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Ensure the team writes clean, scalable, and efficient code. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Mentor junior developers and assist in their professional growth
- Participate in the continuous improvement of development processes
