Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with production software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Improve the agent review process: context, memory, and PR handling as it evolves.
• Integrate frontier models, balance quality with latency and cost.
• Demonstrate changes with offline/online evals and refine evals.
• Develop end-to-end review UX across VS Code, Copilot app and CLI.
• Reduce false positives and shrink noisy developer comments.
• Maintain a high-throughput service on GitHub scale with on-call coverage.
• Pioneer frontier of agent-powered software and optimize workflows.
