There is potential to expand into leading a small team, guiding AI² initiatives and shaping the future of AI within the organization.
Qualifications
- 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with LLM/AI tooling (agents, RAG, automation frameworks).
- Strategic mindset with focus on team/capability building.
- Experience with data-driven applications and workflows.
- Prior team lead or mentoring experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Engage with front-office operators to identify automation opportunities and pain points.
- Design and build applications/workflow automations leveraging LLM tools.
- Contribute to data architecture strategy for the AI² team within Bronze/Silver/Gold data architecture.
- Set technical direction and best practices for the AI² team.
- Grow into a team lead role after ~6 months and participate in hiring.
