The Role

We seek a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with a proven track record in delivering AI/ML products at scale.

What You'll Do

• Design, Develop, and Deploy Agentic AI: Build and iterate on production agent architecture involving LLMs, RAG, and context/memory management. Develop additional models to complement foundational models, including fine-tuning for specific use cases, collaborating with data engineers, and deploying models into production.
• Develop and Manage AI/ML Infrastructure: Build scalable infrastructure supporting model deployment, monitoring, and optimization. Contribute to the AI/ML lifecycle, ensuring models perform reliably with observability tools for data collection and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, threat analysts, and data scientists to translate business requirements into ML solutions.
• Stay Updated with Research: Keep abreast of the latest in machine learning, LLMs, and cybersecurity, and incorporate new findings into our technology.

Who You Are

• Passionate about data quality, observability, and model performance through effective monitoring and validation practices.
• Masters/PhD or Bachelor's with equivalent experience in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related fields.
• 5+ years in software engineering, especially in data science, machine learning, or data analytics solutions at scale.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
• Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Familiar with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Even Better If You Have

• Experience training and fine-tuning large-scale foundational models, managing AI infrastructure in a DevOps/MLOps environment.
• Knowledge of security concepts, tools, and solutions such as threat detection, vulnerability scanning, encryption, or authentication.
