Travelers in Hartford, CT seeks a Lead Engineer to drive technical direction and end-to-end development of compensation applications and platforms. You will oversee architecture, modernization, production reliability, integrations, testing and releases while mentoring distributed engineers and collaborating with business partners.

You will own production responsibilities, incident response, and disciplined delivery practices, and advise on strategic tech investments and approaches.

Competenze

• Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or related STEM field or equivalent education and work experience.
• At least six years of software engineering experience.
