ARCHER seeks a senior software engineering leader to steer the design and delivery of large-scale, resilient systems. You will define multi-year technical strategies, influence roadmaps, and mentor engineers across multiple teams to maximize customer value.

You will collaborate with product and senior stakeholders, manage technical risk, and ensure scalable, reliable architectures in cloud-native or on-premises environments.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of hands-on experience delivering complex technical projects.
• Experience with databases, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native or on-premises systems.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or equivalent professional experience; strong software design, testing, scalability, reliability and leadership.
