Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer for Advertiser Experience within ADSP. You will design and deliver full-stack systems powering advertiser experiences, from concept to production, with rapid prototyping and iterative releases.

You'll own architectural direction across the ad stack, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and explore generative AI integrations to streamline campaigns and scale impact for advertisers worldwide.

Qualifications

6+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience.
6+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
6+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver full-stack software systems that power the next generation of advertiser experiences on ADSP, taking projects from concept through production with rapid prototyping and iterative releases.
Own your team's architectural direction and technical standards, ensuring designs are well-integrated across the broader ad stack and built to scale with growing advertiser demand.
Collaborate with Sales, Go-to-Market, product, and partner engineering teams to translate advertiser needs into technical solutions that measurably improve campaign setup time and performance.
Evaluate and integrate generative AI tools and techniques into advertiser workflows, identifying where intelligent automation can reduce manual steps and create new value.
Mentor engineers on the team through design reviews, code reviews, and hands‑on guidance, raising the quality bar for testing, documentation, and operational practices.
