Job summary

Venture Hire Group LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in North Orange County, CA to drive the geometric engine powering our manufacturing platform. You will analyze CAD models, automate manufacturability assessments, and generate tooling geometry, bridging digital design and physical production.

You will work directly with the CTO and team to develop performance-oriented software in Rust/C++/Go, mentor engineers, and help scale our geometry and CAD/CAM capabilities in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• Experience with Rust, C++, Go or other performance-oriented languages.
• Experience with computational geometry, CAD/CAM systems, or geometric modeling.
• Startup or small-team experience in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Build software that analyzes, manipulates, and generates complex 3D geometry.
• Develop algorithms that evaluate manufacturability of composite parts and tooling.
• Build interfaces to program machining equipment to automate workflows.
• Develop internal engineering tools that improve speed, quality, and scalability across the factory.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, and software teams to translate production challenges into software solutions.
• Help shape technical architecture and mentor other engineers as the team grows.
