CT seeks Senior Software Engineer to troubleshoot bugs and issues during whole cycle of

Job responsibilities and duties include :

• Transform business and technical requirements into quality code and features;
• Cover code with efficient unit tests to meet and exceed our high-quality code standards;
• Implement bug fixes on a designated client project, identify root causes of the bugs;
• Participate in code reviews on daily basis and provide valuable feedback to other engineers;
• Work closely with team to ensure proper implementation of project functionality;
• Actively participate in team meetings; brainstorm activities related to the project issues;
• Follow Java development standards and best practices;
• Work with Solution Architect to transform high-level designs into coded solutions;
• Develop microservices to support modern composable architectures;
• Become a certified developer for Commercetools commerce platform;
• Be a strong team player focused on collaboration and continuous integration.
• This position does not supervise other employees.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any related field of study and
• 3 years of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) in which the experience
• was gained.
• In lieu of the above-stated primary education and experience requirements, employer will
• accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any related field of
• study, plus at least five (5) years of post-degree, progressively responsible experience in any
• related position(s) in which the experience was gained.

Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with the following :

• eCommerce software such as SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or VTEX.
• Modern architectures : cloud-native and micro-services.
• eCommerce space.
• Front End solutions and integrations of JQuery, NodeJS and AngularJS.
• B2C, B2B e-commerce.
• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Web Development (HTML 5, CSS3).
