The Role The Compute Systems Software team is a dynamic and fast paced team that designs, develops, and maintains the foundational embedded software platform for SDV solutions, including drivers, operating system, BSP and software stack. The OS Safety and Services team is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team to work on high-compute System-on-Chip (SoC) platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in embedded systems design and development, particularly with Linux and Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) such as FreeRTOS or SafeRTOS, and experience working on safety-critical software development under the ASIL (Automotive Safety Integrity Level) standards. Candidate will work with engineering teams across the software services and SoC vendors to build and manage a shared vehicle compute platform.
Compensation: The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The compensation may not be representative for positions located outside of Bay Area, California.
Compensation: The expected base compensation for this role is: $190,000 - $220,000. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
