Job description

Meet is working with a small, commercial medical device company building a next-generation, cloud-native SaaS platform focused on patient safety and prevention. This is a key engineering hire for an experienced full-stack developer seeking hands-on ownership, architectural influence, and real product impact in a regulated healthcare environment.

This role sits within a small, highly collaborative engineering team developing a multi-tenant healthcare SaaS platform. You’ll work closely with senior engineering leadership and cross-functional partners to design, build, and scale secure, cloud-based applications. The position offers strong growth in technical ownership, system design, and long-term leadership potential.

Medical Device, Biotech, Pharma, EMR, EHR, or related regulated industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features (frontend, backend, APIs, databases)
• Contribute to scalable, secure, multi-tenant SaaS architecture
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Design within Agile sprint cycles
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing
• Build and support AWS-hosted, cloud-native services
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, observability, and performance monitoring
• Support secure development practices aligned with HIPAA and SOC 2
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure platform reliability

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• BS degree in CS or related area of study
• Strong experience with C# / ASP.NET Core (.NET 6+)
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
• SQL experience (PostgreSQL preferred) and ORMs such as Entity Framework
• Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, RDS, Cognito, S3)
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps workflows
• Experience in the life science industry (HL7, HIPAA, PHI, PII)
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, cross-functional teams
