Join Infios as a Senior Software Engineer & Squad Lead!

Be a key player on our international, cross-functional development team, where you’ll lead by example in building high-quality, reliable, and scalable software solutions. In this role, you'll drive technical excellence, guide your squad through complex challenges, and help shape products that make a real impact.

What a Day In The Life Looks Like

• Take ownership of complex product features, applying deep technical knowledge to deliver solutions that bring real value to customers and meet strategic business goals.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to prioritize work and define scope, ensuring alignment between product vision and technical execution.
• Partner with Software Architects to design and evolve complex system-level enhancements.
• Independently lead the design, development, and debugging of sophisticated features and functionalities.
• Serve as a mentor to other developers—guiding them in coding best practices, system design, technology choices, and development processes.
• Review and guide code contributions to ensure clarity, maintainability, and adherence to established patterns and standards.
• Provide hands-on support to developers working on medium-to-large features, promoting technical growth and team knowledge sharing.
• Champion product quality by contributing to testing strategies, code reviews, and best-in-class development practices.
• Maintain strong velocity by proactively managing time, removing blockers, and seeking help when needed.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, estimations, retrospectives, and peer code reviews.
• Continuously pursue new knowledge and skills to stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends in software development.
  
  

What You Bring To The Team

• Proven expertise in applying complex theories and engineering principles to real-world software challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field—or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on development experience, with a strong focus on back-end development using C#.
• Proficiency with .NET 8 is highly preferred.
• Front-end development experience using TypeScript.
• Experience with ASP.NET WebAPI, Entity Framework, and OData 4 is preferred.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Proficient in using Git for version control and Azure DevOps for Agile workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a keen attention to detail.
• A high level of ownership, integrity, and accountability in everything you do.
• Strong team spirit with a collaborative approach to solving problems and sharing knowledge.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying up to date on the latest tools, practices, and technologies in the development ecosystem.
