We’re looking for an exceptional full-stack engineer to join us as a founding team member.

Truewind is changing the way accountants and financial analysts work by building AI-native workflows. We’re developing cutting-edge AI technology that simplifies bookkeeping, financial reporting, and decision-making, providing finance teams and companies with the insights they need to succeed.

The founding full-stack software engineer is multifaceted; you will be instrumental in shaping both the technical and culture foundations of our company. You’ll need to feel comfortable going outside your comfort zone and enjoy wearing many different hats. Strong experience building web applications is essential; if you've built them from scratch, that's even better.

Lastly, we want you to join us in San Francisco. We believe building in-person is a 10x multiplier for the company and we hope you’ll join us here. Our HQ is the Financial District in San Francisco (more details on thehome page ).

Founded on the heels of ChatGPT, we are in a unique position to rethink accounting and finance workflows from the bottom up. In just 2 years, we've onboarded hundreds of paying customers, raised a series A round of funding from top investors, and built a product solving crucial problems for the accounting industry.

Role responsibilities

Architect and develop software solutions that leverages AI technology (LLM) to reimagine traditional bookkeeping and finance processes.

Collaborate with fellow founding team members to define our vision, strategy, and product roadmap.

Build and manage the technical infrastructure required to support our services, including databases, servers, and APIs.

Ensure the security, privacy, and compliance of our technology and data.

Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and finance to continually improve our product offerings.

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, data scientists, and developers as the startup grows.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive user adoption.
