Job summary

FPT Americas in Seattle seeks an accomplished senior developer to join a Scrum delivery team, collaborating with product owners, developers, and testers to iteratively deliver business value.

You will architect and develop complex, end-to-end software applications while ensuring high quality through clean code, pair programming, TDD, CI, and code reviews. You will mentor teammates and drive continuous improvement with best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years C# development experience required building custom, high scale, n-tier applications.
• Expertise with TDD, unit testing, pair programming and other Extreme Programming techniques
• Expertise with modern design principles (SOA, SOLID, etc.)
• Expertise coaching and mentoring developers
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate with a variety of team members
