We're hiring for this role at an early stage applied AI company building high fidelity environments, tasks, data, and evaluation infrastructure that help frontier models learn reliable behaviour in real work. The Role

You will own major parts of the platform that support data curation and delivery, research workflows, expert collaboration, and environment quality. You will design and ship systems end to end while raising the engineering bar for a small team moving at research speed.
