The Senior Software Engineer will be asked to help create solutions and solve critical business needs that involve a variety of technologies and methodologies: Salesforce.com Development, Full Stack Development, API Management, Test Automation, DevOps, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, AI-assisted workflow automation, Agile SCRUM, Reliability & Security.

Specific Responsibilities

• Recommend appropriate technology solutions to business partners and guide development teams in how to best implement solutions.
• Act as primary liaison between our business technology and engineering groups.
• Create roadmaps for assigned platforms.
• Ensure technology stack best practices, automation, scalable design, and programmatic standards.
• Knowledge of data governance, consent management, privacy, email regulatory compliance, GDPR, CPRA, and enterprise security expectations.
• Propose ideas for innovative ways to improve assigned technology platforms.
• Serve as a thought leader for our engineering community.
• Ability to evaluate AI use cases for feasibility, risk, business value, data readiness, privacy, security, and compliance before implementation.
• Ability to partner with business and technical teams to turn AI opportunities into documented requirements, prototypes, measurable success criteria, and production-ready solutions.
• Hands on software development and engineering.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of software engineering experience is required.
• Experience leading agile software development teams is required.
• A successful track record in delivering software products for large-scale projects is required.
• Experience with architecting, developing, and launching applications that include web, mobile, API, and back-end connectivity is required.
• Experience with source code management using Git.
• Experience with Atlassian tools, especially JIRA, is required.
• A deep knowledge of Javascript, JAVA and REST/SOAP is required.
• Experience in programming Apex, Agentforce, SFDC declarative build, and/or Salesforce certifications is strongly preferred.
• Experience in Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), and tools migration for projects on various platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab, TravisCI, or others is required.
• Experience with GxP software development is preferred.
• Experience with HIPAA compliance in software development is preferred.
• Hands on experience in networking, databases, and cloud systems is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge in various scripting languages and system & server administration is preferred.
• Experience with architecting, integrating, and testing applications in AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform environments, leveraging cloud services, is preferred.
• The ability to create, develop, and deploy containers to support client applications is preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $117,000- $201,250
