Cloudbeds is seeking an experienced AI Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate customer-facing AI services in a remote-first environment. You will lead the end-to-end development of agentic systems and LLM-powered workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams across product, design, data, security, and engineering.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years building production systems, strong Python expertise, and hands-on experience with LangChain/LangSmith/LangGraph.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience building and operating production systems.
• Strong production Python skills.
• Hands-on experience with agentic systems or LLM-powered workflows.
• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, testing, cloud infrastructure, and AI evaluation or observability.
• Ability to work across PHP and Java services and business-level English fluency.

Design, build, and operate customer-facing AI platform services and product features, including agent runtimes, workflow orchestration, tool execution, and integrations with existing services. Own model evaluation, tracing, observability, and quality feedback loops while providing technical leadership and collaborating across product, design, data, security, and engineering.

Requirements: Requires 5+ years of experience building and operating production systems, strong production Python skills, and hands-on experience with agentic systems or LLM-powered workflows. Candidates should also bring experience with distributed systems, APIs, testing, cloud infrastructure, and AI evaluation or observability, along with the ability to work across PHP and Java services and business-level English fluency.
