Role: Senior Software Engineer - HealthTech Focused

Location: New York (Onsite, 3 days/week) or Full Remote if located outside of New York

Compensation: $300,000 - $500,000 compensation!

Harrison Clarke are partnered with a high-growth health tech company operating at the intersection of clinical intelligence and modern data infrastructure. This innovative organisation is building a platform that helps healthcare providers unlock the full potential of their data, streamlining complex workflows, surfacing actionable insights, and driving better outcomes through intelligent automation.

They are now searching for a Software Engineer, Data Platform to help build and scale the data infrastructure underpinning their platform.

Role Requirements:

• Collaborate closely with data engineers, product managers, and backend engineers to design and deliver robust, scalable data platform capabilities.
• Build and maintain reliable data pipelines, ingestion frameworks, and processing systems that power clinical and operational workflows.
• Design and implement platform features with a strong focus on performance, data quality, and reliability at scale.
• Own features end-to-end, from architecture and implementation through to deployment and iteration.

Profile Signals:

• Technical background: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in modern data and backend technologies, experience with Python, SQL, and distributed data systems is essential.
• Proven track record of building and shipping scalable data platform infrastructure, pipelines, or processing systems in a production environment.
• Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments where data integrity, security, and governance are non-negotiable.
• A passion for building reliable, high-quality systems that enable others to work more effectively with data.
