Job summary

Averity is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer in New York to help shape the product, architecture, and technical direction of a growing fintech platform.

You will own projects end-to-end, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering, and contribute to architecture, AI features, and best practices in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience building full-stack applications with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Experience shipping customer-facing SaaS products in a fast paced startup environment.
• Comfortable taking ownership from concept through production.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an in-person environment.
• An engineer who is curious, humble, and enjoys solving problems with a team.

Responsibilities

Compensation: $170,000–$210,000 base salary + equity
