Job summary

Storm2 seeks a Technical Lead to own the core product experience and direction for its fintech platform. You will lead full-stack development, shape architecture, and deliver mission-critical, borrower-facing systems in collaboration with founders.

You will mentor engineers, drive performance and security, and align technical decisions with product strategy. The role offers token/equity incentives, unlimited PTO, and an opportunity to impact a fast-growing Series A company.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-stack software experience.
• Proven track record as a senior or lead engineer.
• Strong frontend and backend capabilities with modern JS frameworks.
• Exposure to fintech, distributed systems, or crypto/DeFi is beneficial.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced startup environment and translate problems into solutions.

They've built financial and blockchain products facilitating hundreds of millions in transaction volume across diverse asset types. This is a chance to join early, work directly with founders, and shape a category-defining product. They are looking for a technical lead to take ownership of the core product experience and technical direction, leading development of mission-critical, borrower-facing platforms.

Key requirements

• Exposure to fintech, distributed systems, or crypto/DeFi is highly beneficial
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
• Strong product mindset - able to translate business problems into technical solutions
