Job summary

Pepoltek Limited is seeking an experienced backend engineer to design, build, and operate production-grade backend services and data pipelines using Python and AWS. You will own features end-to-end and work closely with customers and field engineers to translate workflow needs into scalable software.

You will mentor junior engineers through reviews and pairing, influence architecture, and contribute to a product-centered SaaS startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of backend engineering experience
• Advanced production Python expertise
• Hands-on AWS experience including Lambda, Step Functions, and serverless architectures
