LexisNexis Risk Solutions’ Flyreel Engineering team seeks a seasoned software engineering leader to guide large, multifunctional development efforts. You will mentor engineers, shape technical direction, and deliver data-driven insurance risk solutions.

The Flyreel Engineering team at LexisNexis Risk Solutions builds innovative property intelligence and risk assessment solutions for the insurance industry. We develop cloud-native applications, automation frameworks, and data-driven platforms that help insurers make faster, more informed decisions. Our collaborative team values innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning while delivering products that have a measurable impact on customers and the business.
This position provides assistance and input to management, develops and leads large multifunctional development activities, solves complex technical problems, writes complex code for computer systems, and serves as a senior source of expertise. The position may also provide sizing or budget recommendations to management.
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $115,400 - $192,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
