About The Role

Mission: To design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions that drive business growth and innovation. The Senior Developer will ensure high-quality code, optimize system performance, and contribute to the technical excellence of the organization.

Role: As a Senior Developer, you will lead the development efforts across projects utilizing Go, PHP / Java. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software solutions, mentor junior developers, and participate in architectural decisions to ensure the technical success of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using Go, PHP / Java.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency across the team.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Participate in system architecture and design discussions.
• Ensure software security and compliance standards are met.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions.

About You

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in development of software (Preferred Networking Domain).
• Proven experience as a Senior Developer or similar role with strong expertise in Go, PHP / Java.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to design and develop scalable, high-performance applications.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of security best practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines will be an added advantage.
