We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in developing and maintaining our cutting-edge software solutions that are transforming the way we build and design. Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure software applications that are integral to our construction processes.
• Collaborating with a team of engineers, developers, and designers to create innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Utilizing your expertise in full stack web development, React, Angular, CICD, and Node to improve our software systems and applications.
• Leading and participating in code reviews to maintain high-quality code.
• Participating in Agile/Scrum development processes and focusing on continuous integration and delivery.
• Troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues and providing detailed technical analysis.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation for reference and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in software development, specifically in full stack web development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as REACT, TypeScript, JS, CICD, Containers/Dockers, Node, and Adonis Framework.
• Familiarity with tools like Click Up, Git, Lucid, MySQL, PHP, RUST (bonus), GO, gRPC.
• Experience with databases, specifically MySQL.
• Knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining software applications in the insurance or similar industry.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and life cycle.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a knack for complex challenges.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Proven experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
