Job summary

Godshall & Godshall Personnel Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced software engineer with a strong Ruby on Rails background to design, develop, and support SaaS applications across multiple products.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver features and platform enhancements, while leveraging AI-powered tools to boost efficiency and code quality. You will create and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations, participate in architectural decisions for

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong Ruby on Rails expertise.
• Experience developing and supporting SaaS applications, APIs, and database-driven systems.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and software architecture principles.
• Experience with Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, React Native, or similar technologies preferred.
