SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and own end-to-end features in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You’ll work on full-stack development with Ruby on Rails, React/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL, and influence architectural decisions and API design.

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails, React/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Working knowledge of AWS and cloud-based application development.
• Experience owning software features from design through production.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices.
• Practical experience using AI coding tools and related workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently while mentoring others.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and own new product features from initial design and development through testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally developing SaaS or web-based products.
• Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails, React/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Working knowledge of AWS and cloud-based application development.
• Experience owning software features from design through production.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices.
• Practical experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, sound technical judgment, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to other engineers.

Nice to Have: Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms, serverless architectures, or regulated environments.
