Sun Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack to build and own new product features in a SaaS environment.

You will develop full-stack applications using Ruby on Rails, React/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL, shaping design decisions and API architectures from design through production. You will leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate coding, testing, and debugging, collaborating with a Principal Engineer to evolve modern engineering practices while mentoring other engineers

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally developing SaaS or web-based products.
• Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails, React/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Working knowledge of AWS and cloud-based application development.
• Experience owning software features from design through production.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices.
• Practical experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, sound technical judgment, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to other engineers.

What We're Looking For
