Job summary

Monumint is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help shape the future of AI for financial services. You will own features end-to-end, from frontend React/Next.js interfaces to scalable backend services and AI-powered workflows that integrate with banks and lenders.

You’ll design, build, and ship production-ready features, collaborate with customers, and ensure performance, reliability, and security at scale in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of production software experience, preferably at an early-stage startup.
• Strong experience with Node, TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, and K8.
• Experience designing APIs, databases, and scalable distributed systems.
• Strong product instincts and the ability to take a half-formed problem and figure out the right shape before someone hands you a spec.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers.
• Leverage AI tools with opinions about where they help and where they don't.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a high degree of ownership.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build the future of AI for financial services.

You'll work across the entire stack to build products used by banks, credit unions, and lenders every day. From designing intuitive user experiences to building scalable backend systems and AI-powered workflows, you'll own features from idea to production and have a direct impact on our customers.

Compensation

Salary range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000 per year.
