Job summary

REsurety, Inc. in Boston is hiring a software engineer to build and maintain features across Python services, Snowflake data pipelines, Vue applications, and a customer-facing AI agent, turning complex energy market data into useful customer workflows and visualizations.

Responsibilities include owning production issues, contributing to reliability and security, reviewing code, mentoring junior engineers, and gradually taking responsibility for system design and releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 4+ years of production software development experience.
• Strong Python, SQL and large-dataset experience.
• Experience with APIs, data pipelines, and modern SPA frameworks.
• Cloud deployment experience and proficiency with AI coding tools.

Requirements:

Candidates should have cloud deployment experience, use AI coding tools effectively, and communicate technical issues and trade-offs clearly.
