Job summary

Security Journey is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join its Enterprise AI Training and Capability Platform team. You will help add and update features across the platform, working with a close-knit group to leverage generative AI for secure, scalable software.

You should have 5+ years backend development, strong coding practices, ability to collaborate with product management and clients, and experience with microservices, Go, Rails, Kafka, Python, and React.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience with strong coding practices.
• Experience with microservices or distributed service architectures.
• Ability to collaborate with product management, support, and clients.
• Proficiency in Go, Rails, Kafka, Python and React/TypeScript is a plus.

Security Journey is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join a high-performing development team adding and updating features on its Enterprise AI Training and Capability Platform. We work as a close-knit team, utilizing generative AI to enhance our hard-won software development skills and enabling us to work effectively across all layers of the platform.

• A wide variety of LLM models, harnesses, and tools
• Go, Rails, Kafka, some Python
• React (TypeScript)

We are looking for:

• 5 or more years practical development experience, especially on the backend
• Excellent understanding of software engineering best practicesalong with a strong desire to produce excellent code that is secure, maintainable, and scaleable
• High level of ability to engage with product management, customer support, and clients to understand problems and collaborate on solutions
• Ability to work well both individually and in the team context
• Cybersecurity interest or experience
• Experience with microservices or other service-based distributed systems
