The position emphasizes leadership across multiple teams, collaboration with product and operations, and ensuring scalable, reliable software with strong CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in software engineering with progression, 5+ years in technical people leadership.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and managers with complex enterprise portfolios.
• Hands-on design, coding, reviews, debugging, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams responsible for design, build, modernization, integration, and support of software applications.
• Own technical direction across a portfolio including platforms, APIs, and legacy systems.
• Translate business needs into scalable engineering solutions with cross-functional partners.
• Drive modernization strategies for legacy apps and reduce technical debt.
• Set high engineering quality standards and review designs and code.
