WorldQuant is seeking a senior technology leader to manage a high-performing engineering team responsible for electronic execution. You will retain, recruit, and develop developers while driving prioritization and delivering scalable platforms.

In collaboration with the software architect, you will lead the adoption of best-in-class engineering practices and align cross-group efforts. A degree in CS with 10+ years of leadership in multiple industries is preferred.

• Senior software leader with management experience in finance.
• Explain complex concepts as actionable tasks for teams.
• Deliver best-in-class technology platforms in C++, Java or Python.
• Stay current with modern computing trends and new tech.
