Amazon Ads Response Prediction team is seeking a highly motivated, collaborative, and innovative Machine Learning Engineer. This role focuses on developing and enhancing large-scale machine learning systems to improve customer experience and advertising effectiveness. You will lead the technical development of ML solutions, ensuring their efficacy, reliability, and scalability.

We are looking for a senior Software Engineer with machine learning expertise to join our Sponsored Products Ad Response Prediction team. Your goal will be to deliver real-time ML services that match shoppers with relevant ads across all platforms worldwide. You will work on designing, coding, troubleshooting, and supporting scalable machine learning pipelines and online serving systems, as well as optimizing their performance. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers and guide them to reach their potential.

Key Responsibilities
