We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our commerce team to help lead the development of stock donation integrations and blockchain payment flows. You will build and optimize scalable, secure transaction systems, integrating brokerage APIs (Plaid/ATACS/ACATS) and blockchain custody solutions (Fireblocks MPC). This is a high-impact role working at the intersection of fintech, crypto, and nonprofit innovation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong experience integrating with Fireblocks MPC custody platform or similar custody systems
• Deep understanding of multi-chain blockchain ecosystems: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Base, Polygon, Optimism, Arbitrum, etc.
• Backend engineering in TypeScript / Node.js for blockchain payment systems
• Wallet management: address generation, linking to order IDs, handling unique transaction identifiers
• Gas fee estimation, transaction prioritization, dynamic gas buffer management
• Webhook processing for blockchain events (transaction status, confirmation tracking)
• Database management for blockchain transaction metadata (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Event-driven architecture familiarity (Kafka, SQS, Pub/Sub)
• Strong security mindset (private key management, MPC flows, safe confirmation handling)
• Familiarity with on-chain transaction analytics and reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of crypto transaction confirmation requirements
