Job summary

Avid Technology Professionals, LLC is seeking a highly capable software developer to join a client-site program under a TS/SCI w/Poly clearance. You will work autonomously in an agile environment, handling multiple aspects of software development and demonstrations to customers.

The role requires strong problem-solving, excellent communication with stakeholders, and the ability to adapt Agile principles to a solo development setting while staying onsite during core hours 09:00–15:00.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of software development experience, or 10 years without a degree with AA/AS.
• Experience applying Agile methodologies in software projects.
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience delivering software demonstrations on a quarterly cadence.
• Proficiency with Python, JavaScript, CSS, SQL/MySQL, and ORM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support software across multiple modules in an Agile setting.
• Provide quarterly software demonstrations to the customer.
• Liaise with stakeholders and users to gather requirements.
• Stay on client site during core hours 09:00–15:00 and adapt Agile principles to solo development.
