Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking an Agile Developer 1 to support modernization of a legacy system using microservices and AWS-native tech. You will contribute to microservices development, REST services, and CI/CD in an Agile environment.

The role requires Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph and a Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience (or a Master’s with 1 year). On-site at Annapolis Junction, MD with first shift and eligibility for referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph and CI Polygraph within 7 years.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/education.
• 3 years of relevant experience, or a Master's with 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Develop Java Spring Boot microservices using AWS native tech.
• Use Python to optimize AWS services like Lambda and S3.
• Build REST services with Spring to filter complex data objects.
• Implement CI/CD with Maven, GitLab, GitOps.
• Support Agile software development and delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
