TalentRemedy seeks a Senior Software Developer to advance mission-critical software for national security programs at Fort Meade. You will research, design, develop, test, and optimize systems-level software supporting cyber operations, cloud environments, and enterprise platforms.

The role emphasizes secure, high-performance software in a CS/engineering culture with DOD/IC stakeholders and a strong focus on software modernization and lifecycle discipline.

Qualificações

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience developing software for CNO, cyber operations or cloud environments
• Strong experience in systems software development and best practices
• Proficiency in C, C++, Java, or Python
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining complex software systems
• Understanding of software architecture, operating systems, networking, and distributed computing
• Experience supporting full SDLC
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills

Responsabilidades

• Research, design, develop, test, and maintain systems-level software and enterprise applications
• Analyze requirements and translate mission needs into scalable solutions
• Develop secure and high-performance software for CNO, cyber operations, and cloud environments
• Design architectures for distributed systems and enterprise-scale apps
• Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, cybersecurity professionals, and stakeholders
• Create documentation and design artifacts applying CS and engineering principles
• Support software modernization, ensuring security and quality compliance
