TalentRemedy is seeking a Senior Software Developer to support mission-critical national security programs at Fort Meade. You will design, develop, test, and optimize systems-level software for cyber operations and cloud environments, collaborating across security and engineering teams.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience with CNO, distributed systems, and mission-critical applications in secure environments, delivering high-performance software with robust documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Experience developing software for Computer Network Operations (CNO) or cloud-based environments.
• Proficiency in C, C++, Java, or Python and strong software engineering practices.
• Experience with systems software development and full SDLC.

Responsabilités

• Research, design, develop, test, and maintain systems-level software, OS components, and enterprise applications.
• Analyze requirements and translate mission needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop secure, reliable software supporting CNO, cyber operations, and cloud environments.
• Design software architectures for distributed systems and enterprise-scale applications.
• Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization for reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, cybersecurity professionals, and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop documentation and design artifacts applying CS, engineering, and math principles.
• Support modernization initiatives and ensure security, quality, and operational requirements.
