ISN is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join its Product Development team. You will develop front-end pages and the backend database for ISNetworld, contributing to a high-velocity cloud-native SaaS platform.

The role requires 6+ years in cloud-native app development with .NET, strong Azure experience, and a track record with enterprise clients. Expect leadership growth, collaboration with stakeholders, and involvement in AI-assisted tooling across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in cloud-native apps and API development with .NET and .NET Core.
• 3+ years of experience in .NET Core/.NET 5.
• 2+ years of experience in Azure Cloud platform.
• Experience with enterprise-level SaaS clients.
• Experience in implementing RESTful webservices and SOAP services in cloud.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Scale applications with architectural trade-offs using synchronous and asynchronous design patterns.
• Produce high quality software that is unit tested, code reviewed, and checked in regularly.
• Develop and design database objects, such as tables, stored procedures, functions, etc.
• Strong understanding of Cloud computing concepts and technologies (IaaS/SaaS/PaaS, load balancing).
• Desire to assume increasing levels of leadership responsibility.
• Leverage approved AI-powered tools and automation across SDLC activities.

The Position

As a member of ISN’s Product Development team, the Senior Software Developer will be developing front end web pages and behind-the-scenes database of ISNetworld.

Who should apply

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Work Requirements

• Employees must be within a commutable distance to the Dallas, TX office. Relocation is required for candidates not already local to the DFW area.
• In-person attendance is required at minimum 2 days per week during the first 90 days of employment.
• After 90-day review, in-person attendance is required at minimum 1 day per month and required for certain meetings and tasks (collaboration with stakeholders and customers, team collaboration day, ISN events, team events, performance reviews, etc.).
