Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Software Developer (Front End), Trading, to build client-facing trading experiences in a high-stakes financial environment. This role owns frontend projects end to end, partnering with Product and Design to deliver reliable, scalable interfaces for order entry and execution.

Remote from the US, candidates should bring 5+ years of frontend engineering, React/TypeScript expertise, and leadership mindset to mentor teammates and shape architecture while balancing speed

• React and TypeScript frontend expertise; React Native is a plus.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Developer (Front End), Trading to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will focus on building and improving client-facing trading experiences that support critical order entry and execution journeys. You will own complex frontend projects end to end, partnering closely with Product and Design to turn business goals into reliable, high-quality outcomes. The work will require thoughtful architectural decisions, strong technical leadership, and a balance of speed, scale, and user trust in a high-stakes financial environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually

Responsibilities
