Job summary

The University seeks a Senior Software Developer / Software Developer for its Student Information Systems Team in Information Technology Services. The appointees design, develop, deploy, and support web/mobile apps, modernize systems, and enable AI adoption to improve student experience.

Responsibilities include cloud management on Microsoft Azure, data analytics, and delivering high-quality IT services for student information management and university processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
• Solid experience in software development and system support.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy web and mobile apps; unit tests; assist users during UAT and integration tests.
• Modernize systems; migrate legacy apps; integrate microservices.
• Support AI adoption with LLMs and MCP frameworks to enhance student experience and operations.
• Analyze user requirements; produce student analytics and reports.
• Manage Azure cloud infrastructure for high availability, security and performance.
• Provide technical support and maintain reliable IT services for student information management.
