Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an AI Technical Delivery Manager in Bellevue to lead strategic initiatives across AI Governance, Responsible AI, Cybersecurity, and Data Security. You will partner with architects, AI engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, production-ready solutions.

This hands-on delivery leader will drive ROI, governance, and risk controls while managing cross-functional teams and budgets to achieve measurable business impact.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of enterprise technology delivery experience.
  • 8+ years of experience leading complex transformational technology programs.
  • 5+ years of experience leading AI, cybersecurity, data governance, or cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Proven track record of moving initiatives from concept to production.
  • Strong understanding of AI architecture, cloud platforms, and scalable design.
  • Experience defining AI governance, Responsible AI, and risk management.
  • Ability to lead workshops, reviews, and executive briefings.

Job Description

The AI Technical Delivery Manager will lead strategic enterprise initiatives across AI Governance, Responsible AI, Cybersecurity, Data Security, Agentic AI, and Forward Deployed Engineering. This highly technical, execution-focused leader will partner with clients, architects, AI engineers, data scientists, product teams, and business stakeholders to turn complex challenges into scalable, secure, production-ready solutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on delivery leader who can assess client environments quickly, shape AI and cybersecurity strategies, mobilize cross-functional teams, govern risk, and drive enterprise-scale execution with urgency, precision, accountability, and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical delivery lead for strategic enterprise initiatives across AI Governance, Responsible AI, Cybersecurity, Data Security, Agentic AI, and Forward Deployed Engineering.
  • Embed with customer teams to assess business processes, operating models, architecture, security posture, and AI readiness.
  • Translate complex business problems into scalable engineering solutions, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
  • Own delivery from strategy and architecture through engineering, deployment, adoption, and value realization.
  • Accelerate client outcomes by driving production-ready MVPs and scalable enterprise solutions.
  • Establish measurable ROI frameworks, delivery KPIs, operational scorecards, and value realization mechanisms.
  • Lead complex technical workstreams with aggressive timelines while maintaining quality, security, and governance standards.
  • Operate effectively in ambiguous environments, making informed decisions with incomplete information and driving progress without constant oversight.
  • Define and operationalize enterprise AI Governance programs, including operating models, governance boards, decision frameworks, and risk controls.
  • Develop and guide policies and practices related to Responsible AI, Model Governance, AI Risk Management, AI Ethics, Explainability, Transparency, Human-in-the-Loop Controls, and AI Auditability.
  • Lead the development and deployment of agentic AI solutions, autonomous workflows, and AI-enabled operating models.
  • Ensure guardrails, governance frameworks, security controls, and responsible AI practices are embedded into solution design and delivery.
  • Build and own integrated delivery plans across multiple technical workstreams, dependencies, resources, risks, issues, and budgets.
  • Drive executive reporting, stakeholder communications, workshops, and leadership briefings.
  • Remove blockers with urgency and hold teams accountable to commitments, quality standards, and measurable outcomes.
  • Ensure successful deployment, operational readiness, adoption, and ongoing performance of delivered solutions.
  • Partner with architects and engineering teams to review architecture diagrams, API specifications, security assessments, and solution designs.
  • Connect technical decisions to client business outcomes, risk mitigation, transformation objectives, and enterprise value.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of enterprise technology delivery experience.
  • 8+ years of experience leading complex transformational technology programs.
  • 5+ years of experience leading initiatives in AI, cybersecurity, data governance, or cloud transformation.
  • Demonstrated track record of rapidly moving initiatives from concept to production.
  • Strong technical understanding of AI architecture, security controls, cloud platforms, enterprise integrations, and scalable solution design.
  • Deep knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models, Agentic AI frameworks, multi-agent architectures, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, fine-tuning strategies, prompt engineering, AI evaluation, AI observability, AI safety, Human-in-the-Loop systems, and autonomous workflow design.
  • Experience defining or operationalizing AI Governance, Responsible AI, Model Governance, AI Risk Management, AI Ethics, explainability, transparency, auditability, and governance controls.
  • Ability to challenge architects and engineers while remaining collaborative, pragmatic, and outcome-focused.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to lead client workshops, stakeholder reviews, and board-level briefings.
  • Proven ability to operate with urgency, ownership, sound judgment, and accountability in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Experience managing risks, dependencies, budgets, resources, timelines, and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business, technical, and executive audiences.
  • Preferred: Experience in Telecom.
  • Preferred: Experience with Forward Deployed Engineering or SF Agentforce.
Salary

The base salary for this position is $92,250 to $140,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
