Signalscape, Inc. in Cary, NC is seeking a senior engineer to own a Kubernetes-native application that deploys workloads in its cluster. The role involves advancing a cloud-native platform with a modern UI/UX, containerized microservices, and cross-team collaboration.

The candidate should have TS/SCI clearance, strong Golang/TypeScript skills, and experience with Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps, and cloud technologies. In-office role with a competitive salary of 120,000–170,000 USD per year.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI with Poly level security clearance.
• Hardware and software integration skills.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and cloud technologies.
• Experience with containers and Rancher.
• Proficiency in Golang, TypeScript, HTML/CSS.
• Familiarity with Helm, ArgoCD and GitOps workflows.
• Strong debugging, problem solving, and communication skills.

Our expertise ranges from miniature single board solutions for one-time mission critical applications to fully integrated intelligence platforms. Our design services span many disciplines, including custom system design, software development, hardware design, RF/antenna design, rapid prototyping, manufacturing/test, certification services, and project management.

In this position, you will take ownership of a Kubernetes-native application designed to deploy workloads within the cluster it runs in. This senior position involves advancing a platform that integrates a modern web-based UI/UX, containerized microservices, and cloud-native components. You must be willing to collaborate with multiple teams to ensure operational excellence and maintain and improve documentation while adhering to internal development standards.

This is an in office position located in Cary, NC. Salary range is $120,000 to $170,000/year.
