Aditi Consulting is seeking a software engineer to design, implement, and maintain software applications in a fast-paced environment in Boston, MA. You will contribute to writing specifications, coding, and performing unit testing to ensure robust deliverables.

The role requires 5 years of experience with JavaScript, ReactJS, and REST API development, plus strong TS/JSX/Styling skills. You’ll work on modern web tech stacks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related degree.
• 5 years of experience as a software engineer.
• 5 years’ experience with web development technologies (JavaScript) and JavaScript UI frameworks (ReactJS).
• Strong skills in TypeScript, JSX, Sass/SCSS, Styled components.
• 5 years of experience building REST APIs using NodeJS/Java stack.
• Practical knowledge of web tooling such as webpack, storybook, NPM, babel, gulp, and yarn.
• Strong familiarity with modern web development tools and patterns e.g., Redux, React Hooks, NodeJS.
• Keen eye for visual web design and passion for using modern techniques to create visually rich and interactive experiences.
• Passionate about building excellent software with customer focus and empathy.
• Team player with a thirst to learn, sense of urgency, and ownership, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Pay Transparency

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:$58.00 - $62.00/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
