Job summary

Mill is seeking a Software Applications & Data Program Manager to orchestrate the Mill Commercial platform architecture and delivery. You will coordinate multiple software teams, manage priorities, and be the primary contact for partners with critical data integrations.

You will re‑evaluate requirements as timelines shift, communicating clearly with executives and stakeholders. This role blends strategic thinking with execution in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software program management experience, preferably with hardware‑related products.
• Experience building first‑generation software products and managing complex roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of on‑device software, cloud apps, and data integrations.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive decisions in fast‑paced environments.
• Fluent with AI tools for summarizing, requirements drafting, and data synthesis.
• Proficient with Jira, Notion, and Scrum rituals up to Scrum of Scrums.

Responsibilities

• Track resourcing across software teams and applications on the Mill Commercial platform and flag blockers.
• Serve as Scrum Master and Jira lead for the SW Applications & Data team.
• Own key third‑party data integrations, customers, partners, and vendors including sample data requests and API connections.
• Build and maintain the integrated software deployment schedule across teams.
• Run regular executive updates on resourcing, scheduling, and budget.
• Translate shifting requirements into a shared priority set for eng, product, and partners.
• Surface risks and blockers with context for fast executive decisions.
• Map dependencies across teams to prevent blockers cascading.
